Vita+SP is a unique combination of Sulbutiamine and Polyscias fruticosa extract.

Polyscias fruticosa belongs to the family Araliaceae (Araliaceae), best known for such representatives as Ginseng. In traditional medical practice P. fruticosa is used to enhance lactation, for the healing of open wounds, as an antidiabetic agent, and in combination with other herbs, it is used to relief rheumatism and neuralgia. The leaves of this plant are added to meat and fish dishes for better digestion. In Cuba, P. fruticosa shrubs are more commonly called ginseng (Panax fruticosus), and are known as "the elixir of life". In northern Thailand, extract of P. fruticosa is used to relieve back pain.

Sulbutiamine is a form of the vitamin B1 (thiamine). It is considered as a mood modulator, comparable to a very strong coffee without the agitation and anxiety sometimes associated with caffeine. Sulbutiamine is often used as supplement to relief a feeling of weakness for people with chronic fatigue syndrome, diabetes, fibromyalgia, hypothyroidism, postpartum depression, and renal disease.
